“My experience with joy is indescribable. She walked me through the whole process. Her patience with me was the best. She didn’t mind explaining things to me or answering any questions n sometimes several times. She checked on me, left me neighborhood info, n was there whenever I got overwhelmed. She is the best and so is her mother who is a gem as well. I love Joy and she is now my sister friend. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with JOY WATSON!!! She is honest and hands-on (she even crawled into creepy attics/crawl spaces to check insulation for me) and she really helped to take the pressure off me.
I never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the “one” and ended up in a bidding war, Joy walked me through every step of the negotiations with great guidance. Her greatest attribute, “she listens” and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.
Throughout the entire process, Joy has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for me.
I now consider Joy a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home!”
