Guest access

Full access to entire property. Guest must be respectful and agree to follow all HOA rules. Parkinh is with 2 parking stickers provided only in designated spaces. Due to the downtown and close proximity to the two colleges’ location, towing is strictly enforced.

Things to note

This listing is for 30 days or longer rental. All guests must have a valid government-issued ID. All guests are responsible for daily trash removal and being respectful community members at all times.
